Demand for flats started increasing in Pune… sales increased by 94%

Pune. The sale of flats and commissioning of new projects in the city have increased by 94 per cent and 28%, respectively, in the last quarter. In the same period, 9 thousand 565 flats have been sold and 8 thousand 615 flats projects have been registered.

Real estate consultant Knight Frank India recently released its latest quarterly report 'India Real Estate Update-Q3'. According to this, the city has seen a huge increase in office transactions of 1.0 million sq ft.

These are the reasons

  • The reduction in stamp duty ended in the first quarter.
  • Second quarter sales were affected by Corona's second wave and tax breaks.
  • However, the city's residential market improved significantly in the third quarter.
  • Low interest rates, attractive prices and discount on installments on home loans are positives for home buyers.
